At Rebalynced™, we stand behind the quality of our supplements and want you to feel confident in trying them. That’s why we offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee on your first purchase. That said, we also value fairness and transparency — so here’s how our return policy works:
✅ 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
You have up to 90 days from the date of purchase to request a refund if you’re not satisfied. However, to be eligible, the following conditions must be met:
📌 Return Eligibility Requirements
1. Product Trial
You must have used the product consistently for at least 21 consecutive days as directed. Our formulas are designed to support your system over time — not overnight.
2. Refund Request
To request a refund, email us at mike@rebalynced.com and include:
• Your full name
• Your order number
• A copy of your receipt
• A short explanation of why the product didn’t work for you (we use this feedback to improve)
3. One Refund Per Household
We allow one refund per product per household. Refunds apply only to first-time purchases. If you’ve tried the product before, a refund cannot be issued.
4. No Returns Accepted by Mail
Please do not send any product back to us. Unapproved returns sent to our address will not be processed or returned.
Note: Our business mailing address does not accept product shipments of any kind.
⏳ Refund Review Timeline
Once we receive your full request via email, please allow up to 10 business days for review.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
🚫 What’s Not Covered
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that:
• Lack valid purchase documentation
• Are submitted after the 90-day window
• Appear to be fraudulent or excessive
• Relate to repeat purchases of the same product
